Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ultralight gear and apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that certain items like food, fuel, and hygiene products are final sale for safety reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your gear in its original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to include your packing slip inside to ensure faster processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
